TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When purchasing jewelry from SCHERNING Copenhagen on our website www.scherning.dk, the following terms apply.

GENERAL
All prices on the webshop are in DKK and include Danish VAT (25%). We reserve the right for typographical errors and sold-out items.
As our jewelry is handmade, slight variations may occur between individual pieces, and items may differ slightly from the photos shown.

If you have any questions regarding your order or anything else, you are always welcome to contact us by email at shop@scherning.dk or by phone at (+45) 60 15 85 05.
Our team is normally available during the store’s opening hours.

ORDER/PAYMENT
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a new email with shipping information, and the invoice for your purchase will be attached.


PAYMENT
Payments on SCHERNING.DK can be made with credit cards or MobilePay. Accepted cards include Dankort, VISA-Dankort, Maestro, MasterCard, and Visa Electron. SCHERNING.DK is approved by PBS and uses a secure SSL connection; we never have access to your credit card information. Payments are processed via QuickPay, a secure payment gateway, and your account will only be charged once your order has been dispatched.


DELIVERY

DENMARK
For deliveries within Denmark, shipping to a pick-up point is free for orders over DKK 299. Orders under DKK 299 there is a fee of DKK 32 for pick-up point delivery. Home delivery costs DKK 29 for orders above DKK 299 and DKK 45 for orders below this amount.

EU
FREE shipping - when you buy 2 items
Zone 1 countries shipping (Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Sweden) is DKK 65
Zone 2 countries shipping (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain) is DKK 149.


DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day.

Delivery within Denmark is next-day (Monday to Friday).

Delivery to other EU countries typically takes 2–5 days.

Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during sale.

POSTNORD PICK-UP POINTS
When using PostNord pick-up points, you will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection. Pick-up requires valid identification and must occur within the pick-up point’s opening hours. Orders are stored for a maximum of seven days; uncollected packages are returned to us. Failure to collect your order does not constitute a cancellation, and SCHERNING reserves the right to charge return shipping costs. You can track your order using the provided Track & Trace information.

POSTNORD HOME DELIVERY
For home deliveries via PostNord, packages are placed directly in your mailbox, and you do not need to be present to receive them.

SOLD OUT
Occasionally, an item may be out of stock. If your order cannot be shipped within the normal timeframe, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. You may choose to replace the item with another piece or cancel your order. Payment will only be charged when your order is dispatched.


RETURNS, COMPLAINTS & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
SCHERNING.DK follows Danish consumer law, including a two-year warranty. If you are not satisfied with a purchase or have changed your mind, you may return or exchange the jewelry. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at shop@scherning.dk, including your order number, and return the item within 14 days. Jewelry must be unused, returned in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked parcel service. DAO service cannot be used, as it does not deliver during store hours. Please include the return form attached to your shipping email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment account.
